Ann brings over thirty years of legal experience, having served as both a prosecutor and public defender in Sonoma County where she managed felony and misdemeanor trials, as well as juvenile cases, including misdemeanor and felony DUIs.

During her time as a prosecutor, she specialized in environmental, consumer, and worker safety issues in the Environmental and Consumer Law Division, earning recognition from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the California District Attorneys’ Association for her contributions to environmental protection.

Additionally, Ann has worked with the Sixth District Appellate Project and has shared her expertise by teaching criminal law at Empire Law School in Santa Rosa. Her experience extends to serving as in-house counsel for a family-owned construction firm.
